Nigerian Police: don't you know that 'the constitution road law, chapter 8, section 5, page 8, paragraph 9, line 3 says that if you don't have your fire extinguisher when asked by the police on the road you will pay 5000naira fine'
Driver: Ahhhh! They made that law in 2003... Don't you know that in that same constitution road law book re-made in 2008, the chapter 24, section 15, page 3, paragraph 9, line 2 says that if you don't have your fire extinguisher you can use raid (insecticide) or pure water to quench the fire.
